In 1994, graphic motorcycle plates started at A1000.

Between 2001 and 2002, when the inspection - registration cycle was split up,
motorcycles started getting 2 stickers on their plates.

One sticker for registration, and one for inspection.
Most used non-passenger stickers, but some got passenger stickers by mistake.
As seen below, this scheme is not always adhered to.

In mid-2000, Z9999 was reached, and the
next series started at 1000A.

The changeover to the Avery base occurred in 2002 between 4753D and 8056D.
The avery bases are easily noticed by the black boxes on the right hand side of the plate.
